About Sean

I have been practicing meditation for 10 years and coaching for over 5 years. Living and working in New York City, I was at a point in my life where I was highly stressed and anxious - discovery of the Vedic Meditation practice was my saviour. Super busy and super stressed, I once had a mind that never stopped racing. I didn’t realise it, but I had built up a level of chronic stress in my mind and body which was starting to show itself in very real ways – difficulty sleeping, anxious thoughts and panic attacks in crowded places. I wanted a natural solution that didn’t involve prescription medication. After much research, I committed to the Vedic Meditation practice and learnt this whilst living in NYC. I have been meditating daily ever since. I studied to become a meditation coach at the Veda Centre with Charlie Knowles, and am now passionate about teaching others this life long technique.

I have a finance and legal background, having studied both Commerce and Law at the Australian National University. More recently, my studies have been focused on my passion for wellness, becoming a qualified massage therapist, a Level 2 Reiki healer, and a meditation coach. After living and working in many different countries around the world, I now live in Sydney, Australia, with my partner. I maintain a full-time corporate finance role where I oversee a large team of finance professionals, and enjoy running my wellness business at the same time.
